Senior Client Advisor (m/f/d) Fund Formation

• Personal, holistic and needs-oriented customer support for fund mandates
• Support in various acquisition activities
• Conducting customer meetings with potential new clients
• Development and documentation of individual fund solutions
• Accompanying customers during onboarding processes and throughout the fund lifecycle
• Preparation of contractual bases and fund documents as well as establishment of new funds and support of existing mandates
• Organization and administration of contract matters and fund documents including all necessary work related to the implementation of new laws, regulations and guidelines in the fund formation department
• Responsibility for the formal or legal part in the execution of changes to fund documents, fund liquidations and structural measures

• Commercial basic training with advanced professional training (e.g. bank economist HF, financial planner with federal diploma) or completed studies in law or business administration
• Further training in the fund sector is an advantage
• Solid professional experience in the fund business, ideally in customer support
• A good understanding of legal issues
• A systematic and structured way of working combined with a high service orientation
• Confident and convincing appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent German and negotiable English skills
