What you will do here

Independently acquire and lead third-party funded research and consulting projects in the field of Sustainable Business and Supply Chain Management – from idea development to successful implementation
Actively build and transfer knowledge in the fields of Sustainable Supply Chain and Operations Management – through research, publications, and practical projects
Design innovative teaching and continuing education offerings in the field of Sustainable Business at the Department of Business, focusing on future-oriented, practice-related formats
Strategically shape and position the Institute for Sustainable Business – through content development, network building, and institutional cooperation

What you ideally bring with you

Completed doctorate in business administration or a comparable field relevant to Sustainable Business and Supply Chain/Operations Management
Proven experience in the successful acquisition and management of application-oriented research projects (especially funded by Innosuisse, foundations, authorities, companies), combined with a network of relevant stakeholders from science, business, and society
Teaching experience at universities, ideally with a focus on Sustainable Business or related fields, as well as willingness to develop innovative teaching formats
Professional experience in sustainability, supply chain, or operations management
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare complex content appropriately for the target audience; additional foreign languages are an advantage
