What you will do here
- Independently acquire and lead third-party funded research and consulting projects in the field of Sustainable Business and Supply Chain Management – from idea development to successful implementation
- Actively build and transfer knowledge in the fields of Sustainable Supply Chain and Operations Management – through research, publications, and practical projects
- Design innovative teaching and continuing education offerings in the field of Sustainable Business at the Department of Business, focusing on future-oriented, practice-related formats
- Strategically shape and position the Institute for Sustainable Business – through content development, network building, and institutional cooperation
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed doctorate in business administration or a comparable field relevant to Sustainable Business and Supply Chain/Operations Management
- Proven experience in the successful acquisition and management of application-oriented research projects (especially funded by Innosuisse, foundations, authorities, companies), combined with a network of relevant stakeholders from science, business, and society
- Teaching experience at universities, ideally with a focus on Sustainable Business or related fields, as well as willingness to develop innovative teaching formats
- Professional experience in sustainability, supply chain, or operations management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare complex content appropriately for the target audience; additional foreign languages are an advantage
