We are looking for a
Operations Manager Assistant (m/f/d) 100% - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- You support the operations management in leading and supervising the operation and take over their representation in case of absence.
- You support the leadership, training, and development of employees and promote their further development
- As a contact person, you competently address the questions and concerns of the guests
- In administrative tasks such as budget overview, personnel administration, and accounting, including goods receipts, delivery note control, and cash expenses, you actively participate and ensure precise processing
- You professionally organize and conduct internal and external events
- Working hours: Mon 09:00 - 16:00; Tue - Fri 10:00 - 19:30
Your profile
- You have completed a gastronomic or commercial training and bring 2-4 years of experience in gastronomy – ideally complemented by further education at a hotel management school or similar
- You have already gained 2-4 years of leadership experience in a larger operation
- As a host personality, you convince with high social competence, a winning appearance, as well as an organized and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German skills in spoken and written form are required, and language skills in spoken and written English or French are an advantage
- An impeccable reputation is required
