Tasks
The Rebacker School Center in Münsingen includes primary and lower secondary levels. Around 760 students are taught and supervised by a committed and competent team. Together we shape a school that values high educational quality, an open learning culture, as well as respectful and motivating cooperation.
- Educational, personnel and organizational management of grades 5 to 9 of the school center
- Promotion of a appreciative school and learning culture in which children can develop their potential
- Support, leadership and further development of teachers
- Design and implementation of school development projects
- Close cooperation with authorities, parents, specialist offices and the municipal administration
- Ensuring efficient organization, communication and quality assurance
- Representation of the school center internally and externally
Requirements
- Completed training as a school principal or willingness to complete it promptly
- Educational experience and in-depth understanding of school processes
- Leadership skills, communication strength and the ability to inspire and motivate people
- Enjoyment of development processes and building a future-oriented school
- Resilience, organizational talent and a solution-oriented attitude
- Openness to collaboration within the management of the Münsingen primary school
