For the Civil Engineering Division, we are looking for you as Head of Department Construction Machinery Workshop for the workshop in the ETS North Region. Your place of employment will be Oberentfelden.

Your responsibilities

• Enforcing safety regulations and environmental protection conditions in the construction machinery workshop
• Planning and final control of workshop orders and daily business
• Allocation of personnel resources
• Contact person for customers regarding maintenance and repairs of their machines
• Independent organization of spare parts and maintenance packages
• Management of inventory and consumables
• Compiling facts and information for offer preparation and cost estimates
• Supporting mechanics with technical problems
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop area 

Why you will succeed

• Completed apprenticeship as motor device/ agricultural machinery or construction machinery mechanic EFZ
• At least 4 years of professional experience as head of construction machinery workshop
• Possession of a specialist certificate as workshop manager is positively evaluated.
• Experience in managing employees is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, high motivation and commitment
