Your area of responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the organization, development, and success of the Luxembourg site
- Leading a team of engineers, technicians, and designers
- Responsibility for water treatment/wastewater and environmental technology projects from planning to commissioning at home and abroad
- Coordinating collaboration and ensuring the quality of work results
- Further development of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers and contracts
Your profile
- Completed studies in a technical or scientific field
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience, preferably in an engineering company
- Strong business understanding, experience in corporate development, project management,
- Efficiency orientation, openness to innovation
- Experience in acquisition and dealing with clients from the public and industrial sectors
- Good market and industry knowledge in the water, wastewater, and environmental sector in Luxembourg
- German and French language skills, spoken and written, ideally Luxembourgish language skills
- Committed, entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Empathetic leader with high social competence and teamwork skills
