Your Job in Brief

In this exciting position, you take on customer responsibility in the area of corporate customer consulting. You are responsible for a developing customer portfolio and help significantly to further develop it.

In our banking division, you join an organization characterized by a very familiar atmosphere, short distances, and direct customer contact. You can expect a very diverse range of tasks.

Your tasks with us are:

You independently advise your own portfolio of corporate customers of the bank, focusing on loans and mortgages.

You acquire new customers from your own network or other sales channels and expand existing customer positions.

You mediate further business opportunities within the bank and insurance.

You prepare and coordinate credit reviews, including customer meetings.

You participate in customer events of Baloise and take care of your customers there.

Your qualifications:

You have a commercial basic education as well as several years of professional experience at a bank in Switzerland.

You have knowledge in the mortgage financing business, ideally also regarding the financing of investment properties.

Ideally, you have completed further training in the financial sector.

You are a flexible, service- and solution-oriented personality with a quick grasp and open to changes.

Customer focus is important to you: it is about individually optimal solutions and precise processing. You work in a structured and careful manner.

Besides the German language, you ideally also master the French language at least to the extent that you can independently answer or process simpler customer inquiries orally and in writing (Level B1).
