At the Financing Center, we guarantee timely and high-quality processing of all financing transactions for our clients. In addition, within the scope of competencies and credit policy, we decide on a large part of the financings and monitor the front-office transactions of the client advisors. Our financing department for private clients, with around 90 employees, handles challenging and diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

Our 10-person financing team "Training & Campus" supports about 80 apprentices per year and shares a passion for the world of financing processing. Are you empathetic and enjoy introducing our young talents to the world of financing as a practical trainer? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks

Leading and supporting 3-5 apprentices including planning their assignments
Evaluating your apprentices based on (action) competencies
Implementing training and development concepts regarding apprentices and interns
Responsible for quality control of the created business cases
Supporting our trainees in professional, procedural, and technical matters
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and prescribed processes
Conveying knowledge as a speaker in training modules
Contact person for internal and external offices (e.g., land registry offices, notaries, insurance companies)

Your profile

Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
Professional experience (at least 2 years) in the financing area
Good knowledge in real estate financing and know-how in related fields
Enjoy training young talents and advancing topics in owner & leadership
You stand out with your motivated and quality-conscious personality
Very good German skills with good presentation abilities
