The Regional Employment Center (RAV) is the contact point for employees and employers. On the one hand, it offers personal advice and support in job placement, and on the other hand, the application and implementation of appropriate reintegration measures.

We are looking for a

HR Consultant 80–100 %

immediately or by arrangement with the workplace in Glarus.

Tasks

• Individual advice, care, and support for job seekers
• Customer-oriented, fast, and sustainable placement in the labor market
• Assessment of the professional and personal qualifications of job seekers
• Development of strategies for job search and suitable labor market measures
• Maintenance of customer contacts (employers), active job acquisition, and cooperation with private job placement agencies

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent professional education
• Federal diploma in HR or social insurance is an advantage or willingness/commitment to obtain it within 5 years
• Professional experience in HR consulting and recruitment
• Strong advisory skills and service orientation
• Integrity with high social competence and assertiveness
• Winning, flexible, and team-oriented personality
