What you can achieve
- Operational deputy of the host during their absence
- Managing a kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place, and serving food to guests
- Preparing daily and banquet menus as well as culinary special offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hat, etc.)
- Contributing to the further development of the food and beverage offerings
- Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and ordering processes
- At least once a week late shift (including overnight stay on the mountain)
What distinguishes you
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Completed training as a cook EFZ, professional experience in various kitchen stations is an advantage
- First experience in team leadership
- Very good German skills and good spoken English skills
- Creativity in shaping the menu offerings
- Teamwork, resilience, flexibility
