Human Resources Internship 80-100% (m/f/d)
To support our Human Resources department in Birmensdorf, we are looking for a team-oriented and conscientious person for a 6-month internship starting June 2026
You will assist the HR department heads with various administrative tasks and independently prepare various correspondence. You will draft guest agreements and employment contracts based on templates and actively help with daily tasks such as at the HR Welcome Desk. The administrative preparation and follow-up of employee and guest entries and exits are also part of your duties. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our digitization projects. We offer you a broad professional insight into the diverse tasks of an HR department and the opportunity to learn about labor law regulations as well as HR practice in an exciting, international research environment.
You are studying business or law, psychology, humanities or social sciences, education, or similar in an advanced semester or have just completed your studies. Your working style is extremely reliable and careful. You have very good oral and written German and English skills and good MS Office knowledge. In addition to your friendly and helpful nature, you are a discreet person. Your strong interest in personnel work and your enthusiasm for the research topics of our institute make you the ideal candidate.
