Your area of responsibility

• Professional planning and implementation of care and support taking into account the social and cultural needs of our residents
• You plan, organize, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the nursing tasks as the person responsible for the day
• Management of electronic nursing documentation in the careCoach system
• Active participation in team development and change processes

You bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Joy and empathy in dealing with people with dementia
• High service orientation, networked thinking, and organizational skills
• Creativity and openness to changes and new ideas
