Practical Trainer + CIE for the CFC Mediamatician sector at 50% and 70% (2 positions)

- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, advanced training, and continuing education).
As a practical trainer, you mainly teach practical courses (workshop and inter-company courses - CIE) and some periods of professional theory to trainees.
In this capacity, you implement training plans according to current legislation. You organize and plan courses, monitor students in their progress, and evaluate their work.
Holder of a CFC in mediamatics complemented by higher education of ES or HES type in the field of visual communication or an equivalent qualification, you have proven professional experience of several years.
You are trained in professional pedagogy or willing to follow on-the-job training.
Quick-witted and creative, you demonstrate rigor and interpersonal ease.
Your specific skills in graphic design, marketing, professional language, and common Adobe applications are recognized, as well as your knowledge of CMS, Javascript, PHP/MySQL, photography, video, print, and social networks.
With a strong interest in professional training, youth, pedagogy, and digital tools, you reside in Switzerland in accordance with legal requirements for public office holders.
