- You support and advise our clients on all questions related to occupational benefits: clear, proactive, your communication inspires confidence.
- You manage complex processes from A to Z: subscriptions, offers, buybacks, liquidations, EPL, divorces, pensions... nothing escapes you.
- You coordinate exchanges with our sourcing partner to ensure seamless service.
- You work closely with our internal teams: accounting, claims, collection, distribution - collective intelligence, you know it well.
- You interact with the external ecosystem: authorities, LPP institutions, lawyers, courts... with diplomacy and confidence.
- You propose, improve, and drive change: internal processes are also your playground.

- Solid experience in LPP management or occupational benefits: you know what you are talking about.
- A true sense of service: responsive, empathetic, solution-oriented, you make a difference.
- Natural ease with digital tools: platforms and digital solutions do not scare you.
- Fluent French is a must, and you manage very well in another national language (German, Italian, or English).
- You combine analytical mind, autonomy, and reliability. Knowing how to prioritize is in your nature.
