For our long-term care at the Neumarkt Senior Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 65 residents, we are looking for an honest, open-minded, and cheerful personality starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Assistance in needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support within the key person system
- Participation in needs-based daily activities for the residents
- Work in early, late, and night shifts
Your Profile
- Training as a care assistant or assistant in health and social care with at least 1 year of professional experience
- Independent, committed, resilient, and responsible
- Experience in long-term care and PC user skills
- Understanding of the Swiss dialect as well as good oral and written German skills (at least B2)
