• You handle regulatory control processes related to our customer relationships
• You check all customer information subject to the bank's due diligence for completeness and accuracy (VSB, GwG, AIA/FATCA) and ensure the corresponding processes
• As a specialist, you support our financial coaches as 1st-level support in compliance questions and are not afraid of telephone customer contact
• You work side by side with your team members, promote continuous improvement with your ideas, and drive development towards digital working methods
• You are responsible, have a quick grasp, and bring initiative

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship at EFZ level and ideally have experience in compliance or sales
• You master French at a good level in addition to German and are willing to develop yourself individually
• You like to take responsibility for your actions and are interested in regulatory topics
• You have a quick grasp, and topics such as solution-oriented and independent working methods as well as quality awareness are natural to you
• You have good communication skills, appreciate an open feedback culture, and look forward to working in a team
