Internal Sales Clerk Printing Solutions (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Support of the sales team in the presales phase (identification of customer needs, development of solution concepts, sales-promoting presentations, administration)
- Creation of configurations and calculations as well as technical clarifications using manufacturer tools
- Receipt and processing of customer inquiries and orders (from offer creation to purchase order to delivery of orders)
- Providing information on simple technical application questions about the products
- Contacts with manufacturers and distributors regarding purchase orders
- Contract management
- General administrative tasks and master data maintenance
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Experience with technical products/solutions (VID, sales, IT)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Navision is an advantage
- High interest in new technologies and continuous training
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
- Service-oriented and customer-friendly personality with sales flair
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
