About the job
As part of the Office for Building Permits, we are responsible in the Building Inspectorate for the competent and efficient processing of building applications according to building, planning, and environmental law. Our goal is to make quick decisions and to promptly accompany the implementation of construction projects. For our Construction Control team, we are looking for a committed individual who is enthusiastic about a varied and exciting work environment, both in the office and on construction sites. - General construction control in connection with building law procedures, including subsequent procedures (requests)
- Coordination of the clearance of conditions throughout the entire construction period
- Drafting of orders and permits
- Fact-checking in case of building law violations or unauthorized construction activity and related on-site inspections
Your Profile
- Construction specialist with completed foreman/construction supervisor school or completed training in construction management or several years of experience in construction supervision
- Communicative skills in dealing with and coordinating various project participants and different stakeholders
- Consulting competence with a high degree of service and solution orientation
- High resilience
- Strong assertiveness
