The KAPAG Kälte-Wärme AG was founded in 1971 and has been a manufacturer of heat pumps and refrigeration machines for over 50 years. In addition to individual systems from our own production, we also offer renowned brands in the refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning sectors, especially for the building technology industry. We are expanding our dedicated service team and are looking to hire a Refrigeration Technician as Service Technician (m/f/d) by agreement. Your contribution to success:
- Responsible for independently and customer-friendly performing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on refrigeration systems and heat pumps

Installation of refrigeration machines and heat pumps into machine rooms and their final assembly and setup
Repairs and modifications on defective refrigeration machines and heat pumps
Assembly and modification of refrigeration technology systems
Proper and high-quality installation of our systems
Assembly of refrigeration machines and heat pumps in the company’s own workshop
Proper pipe installation and cable laying
Professional and technical customer consulting as well as their instruction
Clean recording of maintenance and fault data
Transfer of practical knowledge and skills to trainee refrigeration system technicians
Periodic on-call service according to deployment plan
Responsible for correct inventory management of the company vehicle stock as well as for the completeness and readiness of the tool equipment
Compliance with quality standards and deadlines

Your profile:

Completed vocational training as a refrigeration system technician EFZ
Technical further education in building services engineering is an advantage
Knowledge in maintenance, repair, servicing as well as measurement, control, and regulation technology
Precise and result-oriented working method with high professional competence
Independent and dynamic personality as well as enjoyment of customer contact
Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor
Upbeat and communicative personality, team player with high social competence
Solution-oriented thinking as well as order and quality awareness
Driver’s license category B
