What you can achieve
- You take responsibility for monitoring and operating the production equipment assigned to you for the manufacture of cheese portions. 🧀
- You lead and supervise the line employees assigned to you during your shift.
- You have everything completely under control and process all orders flawlessly according to the production planning specifications. 📊
- You are responsible for the proper execution of production reports as well as the constant compliance with all prescribed safety and hygiene measures. 📋
- You actively contribute ideas and are also actively involved in the employees of the continuous improvement processes. 📈
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a plant operator or in the food sector (cheesemaker, butcher, baker, etc.). 🎓
- You have a strong technical flair for machines and inventory management systems (SAP). 🛠️
- You have a high understanding of hygiene and safety measures. 🧼
- You are flexible regarding working hours (3 shifts) and are mobile. 🚗
- You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B2).
