- You ensure accurate, up-to-date, and competent accounts payable bookkeeping for the assigned operations.
- You complete all tasks in the accounts payable department on time.
- You check, review, and process accounts payable invoices and credit notes in the invoice processing system and on the scanning center error platform in compliance with legal requirements.
- You handle internal and external inquiries in the accounts payable area (e.g., incoming mail, reminders, expense reports) and reliably support the team in daily business.
- You ensure a timely and accurate monthly accounts payable closing.
- You have completed commercial training and preferably already have experience in accounts payable bookkeeping.
- You have good MS Office skills, are familiar with SAP and common accounting tools, work independently, and are well organized.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and are not deterred by French inquiries.
- You work precisely, reliably, and responsibly and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are team-oriented, communicative, and appreciate constructive collaboration.
