About the job
- Responsibility for demanding construction projects of the RhB and its mandates (RhB Immobilien AG, PK RhB) until handover
- Ensuring the client-side project goals regarding costs, deadlines, and quality including associated project administration
- Representation of owner interests towards planners, authorities, and contractors
- Organization of condition analyses and building inspections, support of the Portfolio Asset Management and Property Management team in the assessment of properties
- Support in budget preparation, project prioritization, and multi-year planning for maintenance and investments
- Implementation and further development of internal construction concepts and processes
