You have

a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the areas of loans, investments and pensions
up-to-date professional knowledge as well as continuing education in the banking sector
a communicative personality
ambition and a sense of service
the ability to recognize needs and expectations and you appreciate daily contact with clients
a wide network of contacts as well as a connection to the region
good persuasive power and the ability to assert yourself
good knowledge of German
