For our team, we are looking for you as an experienced specialist in Tax Operations. You can expect a wide range of tasks with interfaces both within and outside the entire ZKB Group.

Your tasks

Responsible for the correct and timely tax implementation of fund launches and corporate actions
In collaboration with various internal and external interfaces, you create and monitor withholding tax refund applications and are responsible for posting and reconciliation
Claiming the withholding tax credits of the funds
Assisting in the preparation of statistics, reports, and annual reviews on voting behavior for the management

Your profile

Professional knowledge in financial services and knowledge in the fund and/or securities sector
Experience in areas related to taxes and accounting is an advantage
Commercial basic training and/or FH / HF degree with a focus on Banking & Finance
Your IT affinity, conceptual thinking, and your independent and punctual working style are important prerequisites
Very good German skills, as well as good English or French skills
