To strengthen our team in the Backoffice area, we are looking from 01/04/2026, for an indefinite period, at the Vésenaz site, for a motivated and committed person as a Backoffice Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You are the link between our subsidiaries (Backoffice Manager) and the headquarters/distribution center – thanks to you, everything runs smoothly.
- You are the reference person for all questions related to administrative guidelines and logistical processes – your support is highly appreciated.
- You take care of your team: from recruitment to annual interviews, including coaching and training.
- You ensure that the administrative and logistical processes in your region are harmonized and efficient – for example through regular meetings.
- You keep an overview of the administration and logistics of your region and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your profile
- You have a complete commercial education and ideally several years of experience in a similar role.
- You have a good sense of numbers, you identify what works well and find solutions to improve what can be improved.
- You maintain good relationships with your team. You know how to manage a budget and control costs.
- You are comfortable with digital tools – new systems do not scare you; on the contrary, you like to test and discover them.
