About the job

Your Tasks

Professional and personnel management of the Veltheim and Wülflingen libraries

Organization and coordination of library operations at both locations in close collaboration with your deputy

Contact work and networking with the population and associations and organizations in the neighborhood

Active participation in internal and external committees on overarching strategic topics of the Winterthur libraries

Your Profile

Completed university education, specializing in information science or a corresponding, preferably also (social-)pedagogical training

Ideally several years of professional experience and experience in personnel management

Proven communication skills and enjoyment in dialogue with different stakeholders

Winning personality with a high service orientation and perseverance

Motivating and committed leadership style – willingness to participate and delegate
