Your tasks, you…
- manage the entire marketing expenditure process for all departments
- monitor and approve marketing expenses and check whether the entered data is correct
- control the marketing budget
- check whether the marketing processes comply with HQ guidelines
- create appropriate reports for all stakeholders
- actively collaborate with the marketing departments on expenditure planning and review of actual expenses
- prepare and summarize forecasts/target planning for the data interface
- take care of monthly closing preparation, data summary and execution of NERP steps
- manage marketing sample management processes (approvals/system maintenance/warehouse management, quarterly audits)
- are responsible for coordination/communication with internal stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have completed commercial training or studies, preferably in business administration
- bring several years of professional experience in controlling in addition to your training
- are numbers-savvy and have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and quick comprehension
- count analytical and networked thinking as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working among your strengths
- convince with a professional and confident appearance, very good communication skills and trustworthiness
- have very good MS Office (especially Excel) and N-ERP knowledge
- have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- are a committed, team-oriented personality and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
