About the job
Our hospital ensures comprehensive outpatient and extended inpatient basic care for the canton of Uri with its extensive range of services. To strengthen our intensive care team, we are looking for a senior physician in intensive care medicine to start immediately or by arrangement.YOUR TASKS
- Medical co-responsibility for high-quality care of patients requiring intensive care
- Co-design and further development of the intensive care unit (6 beds) – together with the head of intensive care medicine and the head of intensive care nursing
- Participation in duty operations according to your specialist medical training
- Practical support and training (teaching and supervision) of assistant doctors
- Co-design of in-house training sessions
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed FMH specialist title in intensive care medicine
- Ideally a second specialist title in internal medicine or anesthesia
- Practical experience in intensive care medicine
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Team-oriented, committed, and empathetic personality with good German skills
