Say YES to the challenge of being the technically skilled person responsible for the care, cleaning, and supervision of the Walenbach secondary school facility.
- Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of the school facility including surroundings
- Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
- Assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
- Supervision and maintenance of technical systems
- Execution of minor repairs
- Monitoring and control of work by external companies
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
- Provision and setup of rooms for events and school occasions
- Co-training and professional support of apprentices (facility management specialists)
- Ensuring winter services (snow removal and ice control)
- Completed basic EFZ training with additional training as a caretaker with a federal specialist certificate
- Professional experience as a caretaker or in a comparable role, ideally at a school facility
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Resilience, good health, and positive social interaction with various contact groups
- Willingness for flexible work assignments (weekends, evenings, and winter service)
- Driver's license category B
