We are looking for the Morges Clinic a:

Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC Clinic (M/F) at 80-100%

As soon as possible.

YOU HAVE

• An ASSC CFC or any other equivalent qualification.
• First experience acquired in an acute care service, an asset.
• Good command of common computer tools and good knowledge of English, assets.
• An attitude aligned with the unit's mission.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
• Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the assigned patients taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nurse delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the assigned patients and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for managing the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.

Actively and constructively participate in teamwork.
