Your contribution to our team

In this role, you support our marketing and communication team in maintaining and further developing our intranet on SharePoint as well as with various operational tasks in daily business. You prepare content (texts, images, and videos) according to templates, publish internal news appropriately for the channel, and ensure that all communication content appears current, high-quality, and CI/CD-compliant.

Furthermore, you take care of the structured filing of documents and media, optimize image material for various internal and external channels, and keep an overview even with many small tasks. If you work reliably, carefully, and enjoy structured teamwork, we look forward to getting to know you.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Mediamatiker EFZ or comparable education
• Initial professional experience or practical experience in the B2B environment is an advantage
• Experience with image and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English, French, or Italian are a great advantage
• Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint; CMS knowledge is an advantage
• Technical understanding and affinity for digital platforms
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Team player, resilient, and responsible
