• You assess property taxes with a focus on real estate capital gains taxes.
• You analyze and answer questions in tax and property law.
• You maintain contact with clients, tax representatives, and various authorities.
• You participate in handling preliminary inquiries and ruling requests.
• You handle objections and contribute to finding solutions.
• You actively bring your expertise and ideas into projects.

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience in the tax field – ideally also in the area of property taxes for a Lucerne municipality.
• You are interested in legal issues and have a good understanding of them.
• You have completed further training in tax and property law (e.g., SSK I course, administrative specialist, municipal clerk, or equivalent further training) or are willing to pursue it.
• You are IT- and numbers-savvy, work independently, decisively, and with a high level of commitment.
• You communicate confidently in German – both orally and in writing.
