Your area of responsibility
- As part of a succession plan, take over a portfolio in the area of corporate and private clients
- Support, maintain, and expand existing customer relationships in the 45+ segment with a focus on pension planning, as well as in the corporate client area with a focus on SMEs
- Development and sale of individual, tailored solutions in the areas of retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and wealth diversification, as well as in the corporate client area
- Acquisition of new customers through systematic market cultivation
- Representation of our company in an attractive sales area
- Referral of business to our cooperation partners
Your strengths
- Distinct sales and consulting flair
- Completed industry examination (Insurance Broker VBV, Insurance and Retirement Consultant IAF) or higher
- Proven long-term sales experience in the insurance and finance industry - High willingness to perform, goal-oriented and performance-oriented working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking, resilient, and sociable
