Purpose of the Position
You develop efficient, stable, and future-oriented stamping processes, making a significant contribution to the quality, productivity, and further development of our manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
- Optimization, further development, and stabilization of stamping processes
- Analysis, evaluation, and resolution of process deviations
- Close collaboration with production, engineering, and other interfaces
- Use of statistical methods to monitor and improve process capability
- Standardization of tool and material processes Validation of new handling processes (especially for small diameters)
- Participation in equipment procurement, retrofits, and technical projects
- Creation, revision, and standardization of technical documentation
- Training and professional support of employees Contribution of ideas for process optimization and innovation
Your Profile
- Technical basic training in a manufacturing environment Further education as a technician HF or degree FH/HTL
- Experience as a Process Engineer in manufacturing
- Confident appearance, clear communication, and strong team orientation
- Structured, independent, and quality-conscious working style
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for improvements
- Experience with ERP systems as well as Lean, KVP, or Six Sigma methods
- Very good German and good English skills
