YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Commissioning of signalling systems (ETCS and/or Class-B systems) on rail vehicles, support during the warranty phase, and conducting training sessions.
- In addition, you work in technical customer service, assist with troubleshooting (remote support and on-site support), and create corresponding error reports as well as written documentation of all performed work.
- Analysis of incoming customer tickets (based on ETCS logs, JRU data, train diagnostics, and customer descriptions).
- Participation in the instruction and guidance of internal and external employees as well as monitoring the execution and results of work.
- You are the direct interface to the Stadler project team, ETCS suppliers, and customers.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You have completed vocational training in the fields of electrical assembly, automation technology, power electronics, or mechatronics, or have a comparable qualification. Further training in the field of TS/HF technology is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the hardware and functionality of rail vehicle system integration and/or ETCS as well as experience in the warranty phase or commissioning related to rail vehicles and/or ETCS is an advantage.
- You work independently and responsibly, are highly flexible, and have strong communication skills. You are interested in working in a multidisciplinary and international work environment.
- You are willing to spend 30–80% of your working time on national and international business trips within Europe and hold a category B driving license.
- Very good German and English skills
