Youth Worker in Training (50%)

Are you interested in supporting young people in their free time? Would you like to contribute to the participatory shaping of youth culture in the municipality of Rüti? Then we would love to get to know you. 

From now until August 2026, there is the opportunity to complete a pre-internship (50%). From August 2026, the position will be converted into a training place.

• Co-shaping the children and youth work in the municipality of Rüti
• Developing and implementing projects and activities together with the youth
• Supervising young people in the youth center GZ31 and in outdoor areas (such as pump track, schoolyard, swimming pool, etc.)
• Participating in network meetings in the municipality and the region
• Administrative tasks

• The intention to start the Higher Technical School/University of Applied Sciences in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or Sociocultural Animation from August 2026
• Enjoyment in working with children and young people
• Independent working and team-oriented behavior
• Skills in handling social media and user knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
