Service Team Leader in the Oil / Gas Atmo sector (m/f)
We have numerous exciting tasks for you
• Professional and personnel leadership of the service team as well as support with technical challenges
• Responsibility for the budget and ensuring target achievement
• Promotion of motivation, quality, and productivity within the team
• Close cooperation with internal departments (back office & front) for optimal coordination of processes
• Organization and assumption of on-call duty within the team
• Active implementation and promotion of our corporate culture
• Competent customer advice on renovations as well as sales of maintenance contracts and services
• Processing and technical clarification of customer complaints

• Several years of professional experience in heating service as well as completed further training at FA level
• Ideally, first experience in a comparable leadership position
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
• Customer-oriented and professional appearance with a positive "hands-on" mentality
