For our location in St. Gallen or at Zurich Airport we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as a ServiceNow Engineer.
- Programming, implementing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow components for our internal and external customers (platform, ServiceNow modules, and portals)
- Optimizing, digitizing, and automating our processes from requirements engineering to technical implementation
- Conducting code reviews, module tests, component tests
- Driving standardization and automation and promoting technical knowledge exchange
- Advising our internal and external customers on technical matters in the area of service management
- Creating concepts and specifications
- IT education (e.g., a federal certificate/diploma, HF, FH, or a comparable qualification)
- Professional experience in configuring, developing, and operating ServiceNow
- JavaScript knowledge desired
- Experience with data modeling of CMDBs
- Networked thinking and the ability to analyze and optimize complex relationships
- Team player, used to contributing in an innovative, dynamic work environment
- Up to 60% home office possible with a 100% workload
