Our clinic in the Lugano area, a facility with about 50 beds mainly focused on elective orthopedic and spinal surgery, is looking for a doctor to join its team.
Job Description
The sought-after figure is a motivated doctor willing to work in an acute somatic care setting, characterized by flexibility, a spirit of collaboration, and a team-working attitude.
The role involves a central position in patient management throughout the entire perioperative process, with responsibilities in clinical care in the ward and coordination with surgeons and anesthetists.
Experience in postoperative management is considered a plus.
The ideal profile is distinguished by a dynamic, proactive, and flexible personality, accompanied by a positive and enthusiastic attitude. They demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, particular attention to people's needs, and a solid ability to manage stress even in complex contexts.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Degree/diploma in medicine;
- For doctors with foreign qualifications: mandatory recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions (MEBEKO) and registration with MedReg before starting activity;
- Specialization recognized by MEBEKO (mandatory).
- Experience in postoperative management is considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-working attitude;
- Proficiency with computer tools.
