What you can achieve
- Independent management and coordination of numerous projects and concepts in various fire department specialist areas
- Independent implementation and support of federal and cantonal projects for the introduction of training and equipment
- Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and further development of fire department programs considering continuously changing requirements
- Deployment as a trainer in cantonal courses for preventive and defensive fire protection
- Collaboration on questions of operational and organizational preventive fire protection
What distinguishes you for this
- Professional qualification with many years of professional experience as well as qualification as a fire officer and/or inspector and further training in adult education
- Solid experience in the field of fire department and training
- Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as confident and convincing appearance
- Good expression in spoken and written language
- Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as specialist software)
- Driver's license category B
