Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing
Activities
- Independent setup and operation of automated machining centers with robot support
- Self-inspection with 1st-piece inspection
- Running in new parts
- Clamping, deburring, measuring parts produced in small to medium-sized series
- Setting up tools and measuring using the presetting device Zoller Venturion – Pilot 4
- Continuous process improvement at the workplace (CPI)
- Periodic maintenance of machines and equipment
- Operating other small cubic machining machines in job rotation
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic
- Several years of CNC experience in machining rotational parts
- Working in 2-shift operation
- Good PC user skills
- German spoken and written
