- Support of management in all operational and administrative tasks
- Collaboration in the organization and coordination of daily processes in various departments
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements throughout the hotel operation
- Guest care and consultation
- Processing banquet inquiries and reservations
- Preparation of offers for banquet guests and hotel guests
- Monitoring inventory levels and reordering goods in cooperation with the departments
- Planning and coordination of special events
- Co-development of solutions and improvement of guest loyalty
General:
- Presentation of the house internally and externally as usually the first contact with the guest
- Reception and care of our guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Acceptance of individual and group reservations, as well as offer preparation in German and English
- Assistance in service when needed
- Preparation of the daily closing
- Assistance in service when needed
- Various administrative tasks
