Are you commercially experienced, able to keep an overview even when several orders are running simultaneously, and do you appreciate direct contact with customers and suppliers? Do you enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions instead of waiting for the next order?

For our small, well-coordinated team, we are looking for an experienced individual who will effectively support our management in daily operations and take on a central hub role between customers, suppliers, and production.

Your tasks

• You competently and reliably support our customers and suppliers and are an important contact person for them in daily business.
• From order entry through deadline monitoring to delivery, you independently and reliably coordinate our customer orders.
• In close coordination with production, you plan and coordinate orders, deadlines, and priorities, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
• You support the managing director in daily operations, have their back, and deputise for them with customers and suppliers when necessary.
• Within your area of responsibility, you make independent decisions, recognise the need for action early, and ensure that open issues progress.

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification as well as many years of professional experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience in order processing, AVOR, production planning, or a manufacturing company is advantageous for this versatile role.
• You greatly enjoy contact with people, approach customers and suppliers gladly, and communicate confidently, reliably, and assertively.
• An independent and structured way of working characterises you. You take responsibility, set priorities, and can make decisions.
• Technical understanding and interest in production processes as well as confident use of MS Office and ERP systems complete your profile. Very good German language skills are a prerequisite.
