The Blumenfeld Foundation Zuchwil is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents in need of care and support a "home". Four openly run living groups, including a short-term stay group with 16 single rooms and a geriatric psychiatric group, where we also care for day guests, complete our care and support services.

Your tasks:
In this responsible position, thanks to your modern understanding of care, you have the ability to ensure and implement situation-appropriate and resident-oriented care and support. You enjoy professionally accompanying residents and their relatives in their complex life situations as a primary caregiver. You work in a motivated team where constructive and interdisciplinary collaboration is highly valued. It is important to you to contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere as a team player.
Your profile:
You have completed training as a qualified nurse or as a Health Specialist EFZ. You can effectively use your IT skills in the electronically maintained care documentation easyDOK. Practical experience in the application of RAI-NH (MDS assessment) rounds off your profile. You count physical and mental resilience as well as independence among your strengths and are a communicative personality. Furthermore, you have the ability to remain decision-making and action-capable in complex situations and manage rapidly changing situations professionally. A high level of commitment and flexibility characterize you.
