Area of Responsibility
As a shift coordinator, you are the hub between our guests, your colleagues, and the management team. Your tasks include:
• the successful organization and leadership of an entire work shift;
• ensuring a safe environment for our guests and employees;
• compliance with our high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene in everyday restaurant operations; and
• supporting the restaurant team even in hectic situations: in the kitchen, behind the counter, or in the restaurant – wherever you are needed most.
