For our area of Consulting & Liaison Service and Outreach Services, we are looking for you by arrangement as

• You take over the overarching personnel and professional management of the Consulting and Liaison Service and the Outreach Services
• You ensure the K&L collaboration with the cooperation partners of the Aarau and Baden Cantonal Hospitals as well as with the Landenhof and other institutions
• You represent the institutional topics from the Consulting and Liaison Service as well as Home Treatment within the clinic management and support the further development of the overall clinic's offerings
• You participate in specialist committees, projects, and working groups of the PDAG and shape public relations in collaboration with the clinic management
• You are responsible, in collaboration with the other members of the clinic management, for achieving the budget targets
• You participate in the clinic's continuing education program and the student course according to the requirements as a teaching hospital and the criteria as a training institution of category A
• You take part in the specialist doctor's on-call service of the KJP

• You have a specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy FMH or an equivalent training recognized by MEBEKO and corresponding professional experience
• You have leadership experience and enjoy working at the interface of KJP with other disciplines and institutions
• You possess empathy and assertiveness and are characterized by self-competence, resilience, and very good communication skills and manners
• You act in a patient- and team-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in dynamic moments thanks to your analytical and organizational skills
