These are your tasks:

• Independent order processing from work preparation to delivery
• Guiding, leading, and promoting a group of employees
• Ensuring market-appropriate services under difficult conditions
• Quality control and deadline monitoring
• Customer contact and administrative tasks
• Conducting conflict, qualification, and location discussions with employees
• Order preparation from customer order to material procurement in coordination with the team leader
• Planning and controlling order scheduling in coordination with the team leader

What you bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician, automation technician, electrician, or an equivalent qualification
• Knowledge and professional experience in cable assembly and soldering work
• Quick comprehension, business understanding, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Flexibility, resilience, and tolerance
• Teamwork skills as well as high social competence, empathy, and motivation
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Impeccable reputation
