Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organization that provides professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon, and Weisslingen. We are looking for immediate or agreed start:

Certified Nursing Specialist HF 60-100% with Day Responsibility and Case Management

These tasks await you: 

• Performing comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations
• Ensuring good nursing quality while considering quality standards
• Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation
• Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessments with interRAI
• Ensuring a meaningful flow of information to supervisors, employees, and other services
• Conducting discussions with family doctors, relatives, and hospitals
• Responsible for correct electronic service recording
• Taking over day responsibility
• Responsible for the competent deployment as well as the guidance and supervision of employees
• Participation in inter-company measures for occupational safety and health protection

We expect from you:

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, DN2, AKP (additional training desirable, e.g. wound expert)
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self, and social competence
• Resilient, innovative, and flexible personality
• Good computer user skills 
• Experience with interRAI
• Driver's license category B
