Your Tasks and Perspectives

Support the ward management in leading and organizing the gastroenterological inpatient ward
Co-responsibility for personnel planning, management, and development in the interdisciplinary team
Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care
Participation in projects for process and quality development as well as active involvement in direct care
Promotion of a respectful, open team culture

What You Bring to This Position

Dipl. nurse HF/FH with professional experience in an acute hospital, ideally in internal medicine/gastroenterology
Willingness to complete further training in leadership
Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
Enjoyment of leadership tasks as well as active participation in daily nursing
Resilient, team-oriented personality with solution-focused actions
