Team Leader Warehouse Logistics WEBSTAR, headquartered in Zurich, optimises and accelerates the flow of goods. With diverse assortments, we are at the pulse of the markets – through intelligent logistics and independent advice, we support our customers. Around 25,000 items are available from our warehouses in Dielsdorf and Effretikon. We supply our B2B customers with products from the areas of hygiene and consumables, medical and care products, kiosk and shop items as well as fun food services. As a successful and agile family business in its 5th generation, our core competencies are customer proximity and flexibility. The WEBSTAR Group today employs 400 staff at various locations in Switzerland. For our logistics department in Effretikon, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented individual who enjoys taking responsibility and ensures efficient processes and a smooth flow of goods together with the team. Your tasks

• Leadership and Development: You lead, train and support the warehouse team and promote constructive collaboration.
• Deployment Planning and Organisation: You coordinate the daily personnel deployment and ensure efficient allocation and organisation of employees.
• Day-End and Control: You ensure a correct day-end and check the relevant processes and results.
• Preparation for the Following Day: You ensure timely and reliable system preparation so that a smooth start to work the next day is guaranteed.
• Process Optimisation and Further Development: You continuously plan, implement and optimise logistics processes and actively drive their further development.
• Product Availability and Inventory Management: You ensure optimal product availability through demand-oriented and timely orders. You keep an eye on stock value and inventory coverage and ensure compliance with minimum shelf life dates.

Your profile

• Solid Expertise: You are a certified logistics specialist (EFZ), ideally with further training as a logistics expert and bring several years of professional experience in logistics.
• Leadership Competence: You have experience leading a team and know how to motivate employees and achieve common goals.
• Language Proficiency: You communicate confidently and fluently in German, both orally and in writing.
• IT Skills: You are proficient in handling LSV and ERP systems. Knowledge of AS/400 and Logis Move is an advantage.
• Resilience and Analytical Thinking: Even in hectic situations, you keep an overview, set the right priorities, recognise problems and find solutions.
• Strong Social Skills: You impress with your communication skills, team orientation and respectful interaction with different stakeholders.
• Assertiveness: You represent decisions clearly and convincingly and consistently implement agreed goals.
• Future-Oriented Thinking: You contribute your own ideas, recognise optimisation potential and actively shape processes.
• Strong Customer Orientation: You place the needs of customers at the centre and ensure reliable, efficient processes.
